New Service in Crewe
Excited to announce a new service in partnership with Sunnyvale Supported Accommodation. This service based in Crewe supports people with varied mental health needs, including both longer term supported living and shorter term crisis placements & hospital avoidance pathways. This mixed model has been developed in partnership with Cheshire East Council and Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS, thank you for the excellent partnership working. Great property developed by Challenger Group to meet the specific needs of the client group, including assistive technology infrastructure and internal call systems. Thanks also to Centaur Housing for your support with this project.
