ISL have been nominated as a finalist at the LaingBuisson Awards 2023

We are excited to announce that ISL have been nominated as a finalist at the LaingBuisson Awards 2023 in the Innovation in Care category.

This is for ISL’s Rapid Response team who are a dedicated source for comprehensive and compassionate crisis support services. In collaboration with the NHS, we coordinate an array of essential services designed to assist individuals in mental health crisis and support our valued partners in the NHS.

Our experienced team works seamlessly with the NHS to provide timely support, ensuring that individuals receive the attention they need in critical moments. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for those seeking help. Our mission is to alleviate pressures on NHS personnel by offering supplementary 1-1 assistance to eligible patients, minimising behaviour escalation, mitigating security interventions, enhancing care for those in mental health crises at the A&E unit, and optimising the admission journey for patients.

Additionally, our transport service plays a crucial role in ensuring individuals reach the best location to meet their needs . We understand that transportation during times of crisis can be daunting, and our dedicated team is here to facilitate a seamless journey, putting comfort and well-being at the forefront.

The Rapid Response team in collaboration with the NHS are dedicated to delivering targeted Mental Health Support where and when it is needed most.

Winners will be selected by an expert panel of judges at an event on Thursday 16th November 2023 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London. Looking forward to the event and good luck to all shortlisted finalists.
