Supportive environment
I started working at with ISL on the 30th March this year.
I have found it a pleasant place to work. My new work colleagues were very patient and helpful with me as I wasn’t used to working with hoists.
They are so knowledgeable and really care about our service users, and they are generous with the passing on of knowledge and information to new staff helping me to fit in and fulfil my job role as support worker more efficiently.
