2024 Thankyou!

As we approach the end of 2024, we would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to all of our colleagues and partners for your support this year. It would not be possible to do what we do without you and your commitment helps bring opportunities to life for so many people.

The excellent partnership work across NHS teams, Adult Care and commissioning, housing partnerships and charity partners all collaborating with ISL teams across so many areas is greatly appreciated.

We are thrilled to have opened new services this year alongside our partners in Chester, Cheshire East, Leeds and Kendal.

Thank you to our amazing local charity partners; we have raised over £12,000 in 2024 through collective efforts, supporting local communities.
