Bolton Service opens!
Our new supported living service in Bolton is now open! We were pleased to welcome the first tenants who arrived on 25th February. This accommodation will provide 15 apartments with tailored support to enable people to develop independent living skills close to home, family, friends and other local support networks. This service will contribute to local care pathways enabling people to step down from higher support settings and move on to more independent settings in the future.
