Cheshire West and Chester Outreach Support
We are pleased to have been awarded a block contract to provide outreach in Cheshire West and Chester following a competitive bid process. Looking forward to working with local teams, clients and carers to provide support to people at home and in the community. The service will focus on enablement, supporting local people to build skills, independence and vocational opportunities in a variety of settings. This extends our existing presence in Cheshire West and Chester and we look forward to mobilising the new service ready for contract commencement on 1st April.
