Crewe Couch To 5k Charity Challenge
Clients and staff at our Crewe supported living service have been inspired by ISLs Coach Sean Couch To 5k Challenge (Coach Sean May Blog: From Couch To 5K! – Independence Support (isl-org.uk))
The team have been counting steps and will be partaking in the Queens Park, Park Run on Saturday 31st August.
All funds raised will go towards local charity partner Chance Changing Lives –
