ISL welcome Andrea Roach as Director of Operations

We are delighted to welcome Andrea Roach to ISL as Director of Operations as a new member of our senior management team and board, this key appointment forms part of our ongoing investment in quality and innovation across the organisation.  Andrea brings a wealth of skills, experience and passion for delivering quality outcomes for people being supported in social care services. Andrea says:

“I have been working in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 30 years, working in different roles from a support worker, progressing through the management tiers, this has given me valuable insight into the expectations and challenges of each role.

I have extensive experience of senior management overseeing services for people with a Learning Disability and Mental Health needs across the North West of England, which has included leading on CQC inspections for regulated services. I have worked with many Local Authorities and Integrated care boards (ICB’s) to develop services to meet the needs of their local area, delivering a range of tailored service models that support individuals to develop skills, independence and vocation.

As the newly appointed Director of Operations, I look forward to demonstrating my passion for developing teams to achieve outcomes with people that bring opportunities to life.  I have a clear focus not only on compliance but on quality and believe in always striving to improve. I am committed to support being tailored around each person supported, to deliver true person-centred support in everything we do.”
