Launching ISL Checkmates
This year as part of our One ISL strategy some clients will become colleagues, the Checkmates are clients who will soon start to be involved in measuring our quality, at first light touch and then following training, progressing to greater involvement in quality audits and attending all Board meetings. We hope this will also give vocational experience and employment opportunities beyond ISL.
We are excited to be soon having the best people to measure and inform what quality is and means, on full pay and working together with us side by side to achieve One ISL.
