New Service in Chester

Excited to be launching a new service in Chester this week during mental health awareness week, providing 8 units of accommodation with wrap around support for people experiencing mental health crisis. This service will create hospital avoidance and hospital step down pathways to enable people to receive support close to home in the community. The accommodation has been developed by Storm Property to a bespoke specification for the client group, including assistive technology infrastructure. Pleased to be working with Cheshire Wirral Partnership (CWP) NHS on delivering this service and extending our mental health offer into Chester.
