New Service Open in Leeds
We are pleased to announce the opening of our new supported living service in Leeds, delivered in partnership with Inclusion Housing.
This supported living service provides 9 apartments with on site support helping people to step down from higher support settings and to develop skills, independence, and vocation in an independent setting with assistive technology infrastructure.
Thank you to teams in Leeds adult care and NHS for excellent partnership working to help bring this service forward.
We look forward to welcoming first tenants.
