A Well Led Service
I feel the service is well led. The building is amazing offering superb quality homes offering independence with the added support of staff that ISL employ.
The range of needs of our service users have are very varied. This offers the job role varied routines and experiences. This excellent care is available 24 hours a day. This offers our service users knowledge that we are always readily available and this makes me feel really good about my role. whether some one is poorly. Requires personal care of a general chat .
I enjoy my job and it is varied a great place to work.
