In my role as Learning & Development Administrator at ISL, I bring some of my experience of managing the service onboarding for a bank – ensuring the readiness for support, conducting training gaps analysis, driving training completion, and updating the knowledge base for the team. This role has provided me with a strong foundation which aligns well with my current role at ISL.

Being part of the ISL team is not only a professional opportunity but also holds personal significance for me. Having a family member recovering from a stroke, I understand first-hand the importance of the services provided by ISL.
