Operations Manager

Independence Support is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

Our Head Office is in Cheshire with services across the Northwest and Yorkshire, however frequent travel will be required across the UK in all areas of operation to meet the needs of the business.

We provide tailored services at home and in the community to enable people to reach their potential and achieve their goals, working with people and communities to bring opportunities to life.

The Operations manager will take primary responsibility for providing a high standard of Operational Management to Registered Managers and Service Managers to ensure a high standard of support and the effective delivery of quality services.

This role will also support development in wider organisational strategies in term of growing the business and achieving sustainability.

The successful candidate will be experienced in working with the Care Quality Commission and be able to demonstrate an insightful approach to service quality and compliance.

The role will be fast paced with a number of new services coming on line in the next 12 months. The successful candidate will be able manage competing priorities and flex their approach to the situation as required.
